- The Bakers of 1ST AVE Bakery, LLC -

Pictured above from left to right are: Elizabeth, Amanda and Violet LaBrecque. All three are Nationally recognized Baking Champions. For several years the judges have asked, when were we going to open our own bakery. The answer is now...

After winning 13 First Place and 3 "Best of Section" awards at the 2008 Virginia State Fair, the LaBrecque family has launched 1ST AVE Bakery LLC. Their bakery now offers the finest home made, handcrafted baked products to the public.

1ST AVE Bakery LLC was started in 2008 by Amanda, Violet and Elizabeth (AVE) LaBrecque. With over 21 years of competitive baking, the sisters Amanda & Elizabeth and their mother Violet have been recognized as National, State and Local baking champions.

For 21 consecutive years (1989 - 2009), the LaBrecque family received 1ST Place awards as State Champion bakers. They dominated the competitions with consistent quality, exceptional flavor and delicious home-made pies, cakes, breads, and cookies.

With over 100 State Fair 1ST Place awards and 30
"Best of Section" awards for their baked goods, the LaBrecque family is making available to the public what the judges, friends and family have known and experienced year after year.
